Clermont Auvergne INP, in its capacity as controller, informs you that your data will be processed. Some information is required in the registration form, the mandory information being indicated at the time of data entry collection. If you refuse to provide the required entries, you may not be able to attend MASCOT-NUM 2022 conference.

Recorded data

Personal data are collected by Clermont Auvergne INP, 27 rue Roche Genès, 63170 Aubière Cedex, France. This includes the following personal data: family name, first name, e-mail address, phone number, invoicing address, professional address.

Data recipients

This data is accessible to:
- MASCOT-NUM 2022 organizers,
- Clermont Auvergne INP and LIMOS administrative staff.

Data retention period

The data retention period will end on June 1, 2025.
